Finally, I cooked what is considered as one of mom's best snacks. The bread stuff is very simple to prepare.
Boil potatoes. Mash them after it is boiled.
Cut 2 onions and few green chillies.
Then take a pan, add oil and mustard seeds. Then add the onions, green chillies and the mashed potatoes. Add 2 spoons of turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. Keep stirring. within 7-8 minutes, the masala is ready. Then take this masala, place them in a slice of bread and close with another slice of bread. Now leave them under the toaster. Bread stuff is ready. Am leaving you now to take a look at the pics of the masala and the bread stuff. Apologies for having the 2ND pic look clumsy. I had a bite before taking the pic. Just could not wait to eat. HEHEHE!
