Crepes




Crepes 

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 cup

Salt - to taste

Eggs - 2

Milk - 1 cup

Water - 1 cup

Preparation:

Take a big bowl and add the flour first. Then add the 2 egg yolks and keep stirring. Gradually add salt, water and milk to the batter. After a minute, you will find it liquidy. 

Take a pan and add 1/2 a spoon of oil and leave it in medium heat. Place the batter on the pan in a circle shape and allow it to turn brown. Do the same on both sides. Once done, you may wish to any ingredient of your choice. 

Following are the ingredients I have tried - 
Chocolate spread
Strawberry jam

Average time to prepare each pancake/crepe including the batter is 4 minutes. Crepes are perfect for breakfast or evening tea. Alternatively, can be used as desserts for a meal. I have not yet tried any hot food on a crepe. When I do, will post the same.
