Chocolate cake ice cream







Ingredients:

Cooking chocolate 500gms
1/2 litre vanilla icecream
Chocolate cake
250gms Danish blue cheese or white chocolate
1 packet dark chocolate biscuit

Preparation:

Take a bowl and melt the chocolate in the microwave oven or cooking stove. If you using the stove, ensure you have water placed in a bowl to keep the bowl containing chocolate.

Blend the dark chocolate biscuit alone (not the cream which is inside) until it turns a powder

Place one piece of cake in a glass or cup. Then you may add cheese or white chocolate either melted or scrapped. Now, add chocolate sauce. Take one scoop of vanilla icecream and gently place it to be an additional layer. You can now add the powder and more sauce.

Cornflakes can be topped up to decorate and bring in the crispness.

Please do not use blue cheese
as it spoils the taste hence white chocolate is recommended as an alternate.
