Easy and Quick Recipe | Vegetarian Pasta | Italian Food

There are roughly 350 different shapes and varieties of dried pasta and fresh pasta in Italy, even more counting regional differences. Pasta is supposedly a staple food of the traditional Italian cuisine.

Here is a simple and easy to make pasta. Recipe:


Take a pan of water, add your choice of pasta and olive oil

Chop Red chillis into small pieces

Dice the onions

Crush fresh ginger and garlic

Take a pan, add olive oil, onions, small pieces of tomato, chillis and ginger garlic pasta 


Add chopped pieces of Mushroom



Add pieces of cauliflower and give it a stir





Add finely chopped pieces of orange peppers

Add salt to taste, a little bit of water and keep stirring





After 6-8 minutes, once the mixture is cooked, add the cooked pasta after straining the water





Stop cooking, add cheese. The cheese will automatically melt due to the heat

Plate the pasta and then add basil and thyme. Voila, it is ready.

Onions
Tomatoes
Red Bell Peppers
Orange Bell Peppers (if you find any)
Cauliflower
Cheese
Mushrooms
Red chillis
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Ginger and garlic
Basil
Thyme
